Beth has a wide range of valuable experience, including facilitating at school outreach programs, technology education, setup, diagnosis, migration, and cloud support on mobile devices, and art. She graduated Cum Laude from Lindenwood University with a BFA in Graphic Design.
Since joining Acumen, she has been involved in all aspects of the network services operations. Her responsibilities include coordination of client service work and scheduling, researching and procuring equipment and support for client needs and management of documentation. Beth is Acumen’s first level of communication for many customers and she is passionate about our customer’s experience.
